Neil was been a Director and Secretary of CHAM Holdings Inc. (see story on CHAM Holdings Inc.) for twenty-nine years. This group has been a significant provider of housing for low income persons.  He was part of the decision to terminate the activities of this organization due to the age of the surviving Directors and transfer their assets to the Jubilee Fund with the hope that their good work could continue on.
