            Jim was born and educated in Brandon, Manitoba and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts, major Economics. Jim entered the investment industry in 1979 and is presently an Investment Advisor, Vice president CIBC Wood Gundy. His investment advisor role involves planning and guiding investment portfolios for individuals and small to mid-size institutions and individual investors. Jim has a very strong interest in current investee companies.

              Jim has served as a member on the Manitoba IDA district council, and as a Finance Committee Member for the Museum of Man and Nature.

              Jim is married to Nora, who is a social worker in Winnipeg. They have two adult children, Jack and Madelaine.

             

             

Jim was elected to The Jubilee Fund Inc. Board of Directors in March 2010.
