Debra Zier-Vogel
Debra was born in Winnipeg and raised in the Point Douglas area of the city. She graduated in 1976 from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Arts with a major in Organizational Psychology. After graduation Debra entered an accounting program and in Calgary she completed her Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation. She has worked as a professional accountant and has held senior financial positions in the manufacturing, non-profit and financial industries. In Vancouver, well working in the non-profit sector Debra completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and earned a Human Resources certification (CHRP).
In October, Debra joined the Jubilee Fund Board of Directors and was elected to the position of Treasurer.
Debra is presently the Chief Financial Officer at Buffalo Credit Union. Debra and her husband Chris are residents of the Garden City area of Winnipeg and have three adult sons and one grandchild.
