Bill Gillis, was elected President of the Jubilee Fund on April 21, 2011. In his work Bill has been connected with United Church Outreach and Community Ministries within the region. Bill has been interested in the goals and visions of the Jubilee Fund from its inception and has been an interpreter of its work within the United Church constituency. |
Board helps re-distribute wealth
In the year 2000, as the new millennium dawned, a group of community-minded organizations gathered to implement the ancient principal of jubilee. That continues in the work of the board today. (See more background here.)
