Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee is responsible to identify, develop and review the Fund's policies on human resource management and make recommendations to the committee. The Committee will review, propose and develop appropriate terms of reference for all staff positions; will be responsible for initiating and conducting interviews in the hiring process on behalf of the Board; and will set and review job performance evaluations, review benefit packages and make recommendations as appropriate to the Board.
