Art & Antique Auction Planning Committee

The Jubilee Fund's Art & Antique Auction is their premier annual Fund Raising event

The Committee is responsible for the planning, marketing and execution of the event.

This process will include reviewing the previous year's event with recommendations for the following year, recommending the venue where it will be held, developing suitable promotion & marketing material including print and media, recommending donors, reviewing donated items, assisting at the event, etc.

The Committee works to ensure that the Auction is a fun event, the art and other items are well presented and that all participants have a memorable experience.

After the Auction, the Committee will review what took place and make recommendations for the following year's event.

This Committee is presently looking for individuals to volunteer on the Committee and/or volunteer at the Auction. for further information or to volunteer, please contact Rita at
