Art & Antique Auction Planning Committee
The Jubilee Fund's Art & Antique Auction is their premier annual Fund Raising event
The Committee is responsible for the planning, marketing and execution of the event.
This process will include reviewing the previous year's event with recommendations for the next year, recommending the venue where it will be held, developing suitable promotion & marketing material including print and media, recommending donors, reviewing donated items, etc.
The Committee will work to ensure that the Auction is a fun event and that all participates have a memorable experience.
After the Auction takes place, the Committee will review what took place and make recommendations for the following year's event.
This Committee is presently looking for individuals to volunteer on the Committee and/or volunteer at the event. for further information or to volunteer, please contact Rita at 589-5001 or email ritalb@shaw.ca
