Social Impact is defined by the Jubilee Fund as the positive outcomes that occur when poverty is reduced in Manitoba communities. Jubilee loan guarantees and bridge financing allows non-profit organizations focused on poverty reduction, to reach more people and provide more services for marginalized individuals and families in Manitoba.
